Batch & Brine was created by a dynamic group of relatives — siblings, Mike, Rolla, and David Ghaben, cousins, Sam Ghaben and Celina Gonzales, alongside their son Victor Ghaben. With roots that extend from New Mexico and the Mediterranean to California, our restaurant’s culture captures the essence we remember growing up in our family’s kitchens and restaurants.
The passion we pour into our menu spills over to our thoughtfully designed space—from custom-street art by Berk Visual and warm polished finishes to a stunning outdoor patio complete with a community fire pit that excites the senses.
